Persona

Sitecore Experience Profile (xFile)
An application that shows key information about a contact, helping you monitor their interactions, goals, and outcomes.
Taxonomy
A classification system used to organize marketing activities by tagging campaigns, goals, and events.
Venue
Physical locations where interactions occur, such as retail stores or QR codes on posters, offering insight into where marketing efforts take place.
Visit
A series of actions a contact performs during a single session on your website. A contact can have multiple visits.
