2. Create Sites with Site Templates

– Enhanced Experience: Users can create new sites by selecting from site templates, which include detailed information on their contents.
– Flexible Options: Choose whether to add the site to an existing site collection or create a new one directly.
– Customization: Define site details such as name and language during the creation process.

3. Site Search

– Convenience: Easily locate sites within large-scale environments.
– User-Friendly: Search for specific sites and quickly reset filters as needed.

4. Manage Site Settings

– Comprehensive Control: Access settings such as display name, item/system name, and thumbnail customization.
– Sharing Capabilities: Mark sites as shared to enable content and configuration sharing within site collections. This supports the management of centralized content like global campaigns.
– Shared Elements: Page and partial designs, rendering options, styles, and variants are shared across sites for streamlined administration.
